2017 Annual Construction Team Leader

On July 29 (Saturday), Suzhou L.J.T Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. 2017 Annual Construction Team Leader Training Communication Meeting was grandly held in Xihuan Building, Gold Mantis. A total of 86 people from Langyi functional departments, branch managers and team leaders participated in the training. Team leaders are an indispensable part of the project department, who are our brothers. Continual improvement of the overall quality of the team leaders and continuing to build the quality of L.J.T projects is the purpose of the training. Hence this training invited the relevant leaders of the work management center, financial center, accounting center, internal audit department to conduct content-rich and instructive training. The process is interspersed with team leader interview and evaluation session, to identify high quality team leaders and guarantee the ratings for the future key projects and bidding.

Liu Yafeng, the director of the Work Management Center, said in the opening speech that: “It is our great pleasure that our partners braved the heat to participate in the training, and we also appreciate it for your long-term outstanding contributions for the development of the company.” In particular, he praised Shanghai Xiangying, Hangzhou Chaitai, Suzhou Runxin, Xuzhou Hecheng and other partners for their great support for the emergency projects, as well as Suzhou Xinhaizhi for the support and selfless help to the new partners. Faced by the rising labor costs and the brutal market competition environment, he pointed out that we had to reduce the cost and enhance the efficiency through the technological innovation and management improvement. We also hope that through the sharing, communication and exchange today, we can learn and make improvement together, to achieve synergetic development and grow bigger and stronger with our partners.

Zhang Jiande, General Manager of Financial Center explained the group onthe advantages of corporate management, team payment notes, team billing, team reconciliation, deepening cooperation and other content, respectively, and fully demonstrated the significance of the four words "Cooperation and win-win". In particular, he talked about that we could provide supply chain financial services (Jinnuo company), which was very attractive to many teams.

Jiang Yongxin, General Manger of Internal Audit Department gave a detailed explanation from the bidding process and tender documents preparation requirements, the signing of the contract and payment, construction process visa to construction quality reward and other information. He also shared the success case for partners to learn and (the comprehensive scoring method), making the rules more clear, focusing on comprehensive strength of partners in consideration of the tender price at the same time, especially the team leader’s comprehensive strength.

Ge Mi from Accounting Center made a detailed presentation on "How to perform good team settlement" through the actual example on the issues that team leaders should pay attention to, which is of great practical significance to avoid many misunderstandings and unnecessary trouble.

Wang Xiuxiang from Work Management Center presented "Construction safety technology standards", "Corporate safety education" and "Security patrol minutes" through a large number of pictures, to educate the team leader with a shocking visual experience that, we shall always be "Alerted " of safety management.

The "Process and completion training" presented by Wang Hong from the Work Management Center not only introduced the construction process and the completion of the key training, but also highlighted the new pre-deduction measures for the quality common problems in the construction process introduced this year, stressed the strict control of the quality in the concealment and installation stage, so as to achieve the project from the start to the completion of the quality of the whole process to control. "Quality inspection summary" showed classified analysis of the quality points that should be noted in the implementation process of city complex, hotels, office buildings and other projects. Through the live photos, he shared the quality highlights of each project, classified and summarized the quality common problems found in the projects, so that the team leaders could understand our various projects, the quality control focus of each stage, so that they could avoid the quality common problems in the future construction and development, and make concerted efforts with the project department to improve the overall quality of the project.
